We were appointed to supply 2 x 450 CFM desiccant air dryers with pre and after line filters to replace 2 units that were 13 years old at an international company in the recycling industry which operate 24/7/365 days.

Our challenge was to provide compressed air, dried to the equivalent of  -40 degrees, and keep full air pressure at all times whilst we removed and renewed both old air dryers and filters. We overcame this by hiring and installing a diesel powered air compressor and desiccant air dryer plumbed into an emergency supply point in the customers pipework system.
